Kitchen Porter/Cleaner

We are looking to recruit for an immediate start a full-time Kitchen Porter/Cleaner to join our talented team of Chefs.

The main responsibilities are as follows:

• Ensure basic cleaning jobs are carried out as quickly as possible;
• Collect and wash up pots and pans;
• Clean food preparation areas and equipment, in addition to crockery and cutlery;
• Unload food and equipment deliveries;
• Keep the storeroom organised;
• Keep work surfaces, walls and floors clean and sanitised.

This is a forty hour/week contract involving weekend work.

Alternate shifts are 9am to 5pm or 3pm to 10pm

Pre-Requisites 
*Positive attitude; 
*Communicate effectively; 
*Work under pressure and prioritise; 
*Work efficiently with minimal supervision.

Experience
No previous experience required but knowledge of Basic Food Hygiene
