Part-time Weekend Spa Assistant

Lisa Heptinstall and Helen Ellerker, our Spa Co-Managers, are looking to recruit a Part-time Weekend Spa Assistant to join their enthusiastic team on particularly busy weekends.

The Part-time Weekend Spa Assistant is responsible for:

• Answering the telephone, welcoming and greeting hotel guests, day visitors and Spa members;
• Cashiering, giving tours of the Spa facilities and scheduling appointments;
• Serving beverages and food to guests in the Spa Club Room;
• Light administrative and clerical duties, data entry and the preparation of letters and documents;
• Key part of their duties is to ensure high levels of cleanliness and hygiene in the changing rooms and other facilities.
